This offer is 100% genuine. We know our new charges are fully competitive. Neither we nor anyone else can ever claim to be absolutely the cheapest because prices move all the time and we cannot always know our competitors latest terms or offers.

The terms below are designed to protect us from attempted fraud and gross deception. They will not be used to undermine the cut and thrust of honest competition whether franchise dealer or independent repairer. "The Garage" must be a bone fide car servicing and repairing commercial concern used by the general public and operating from commercial (not domestic) premises. "The quote" can (at our discretion) be verbal but we may require disclosure of the garages identity and contact details. We reserve the right to require submission of a bone fide written quotation itemising labour charges and individual parts and lubricant prices and manufacturing sources on a commercial letterhead signed by an authorised person and dated within 7 days of the actual or proposed service or repair date. "Like for like" refers to the scope of work provided or to be provided, parts and lubricants of the same or to an equivalent original quality. We reserve the right to request refund claims in writing. These will be paid by cheque and posted to the customers address after they have been authorised. These terms and conditions are subject to periodic review and change.
