Eos BlueMotion Technology from 4 January 2010

The Eos 1.4 TSI 122PS is being replaced by a BlueMotion Technology version in early 2010.

The new model’s start/stop technology and regenerative braking help it achieve reduced CO2 emissions of 144g/km (outgoing model 152g/km). The lower emissions put the car in VED band F, which will save customers £25 a year in road tax compared with the outgoing model.

The new Eos 1.4 122 PS TSI BlueMotion Technology, which is available in S and SE trim levels, will open for ordering on 4 January 2010.

Specification

The Eos BlueMotion Technology gets all the specification you’d expect on an S or SE trim model, plus the following items:

  • Highline multifunction computer with gear change recommendation
  • Start/stop function with recuperation (regenerative braking)
  • Hill hold.

Pricing

The Eos S BlueMotion Technology will cost £20,695 OTR and the SE BlueMotion Technology will cost £21,795 OTR.
