Whether it's class-leading economy or sporty styling and performance your customers are after, they won’t be disappointed by these two new additions to the Polo range: the eagerly awaited BlueMotion and GTI models.
When can I order?
The new Polo BlueMotion will be available to order later in February, with the first cars arriving from April 2010. Ordering for the Polo GTI starts in April, with cars arriving in the UK from July.
Both models will be available with three and five doors and will be produced in Pamplona, Spain.
The Polo BlueMotion is expected to be priced from around £14,500 on the road and will feature the following as standard:
- An aerodynamic body kit
- Start/stop technology with recuperation
- Rolling resistance tyres
- Alloy wheels
- Leather steering
- Manual air conditioning
The Polo BlueMotion's CO2 emissions promise to be class-leading, which will help reduce fuel bills and means no VED payments.
The Polo GTI gets a powerful TSI engine and DSG gearbox, and a sporty body kit and alloy wheels. It's expected to be priced from around £18,000 on the road.
Further details of these exciting new cars will be published on Desktop soon, and on volkswagen.co.uk when each model becomes available to order.
