Hyundai Score Again in Car Reliability and Customer Satisfaction
In the July edition of Which? Magazine, the Consumer Association published the results of its annual survey of car reliability and customer satisfaction - and once again, Hyundai and Hyundai dealers and Authorised Repairers have performed magnificently.
Highlights include:
- Equal 3rd for Overall Brand Reliability with an 82% score - just behind Toyota at 85% and Honda at 86%
- In individual market sectors where Hyundai cars were surveyed:
i. 2nd place for Getz in the Supermini sector
ii. 2nd place for MATRIX in the Mini-MPV sector
iii. 4th place for Tucson in the Off-roader sector - 5th place for Hyundai Dealers for Buying Experience
- Excellent 3rd place for Service and Repair Experience with a score of 70% just one percentage point behind 2nd place Honda.
